Yesterday evening I was stunned to learn that U.S. Representative Stephanie Tubbs-Jones (D-OH) died after an aneurysm and subsequent brain hemorrhaging. Samosas, pakoras and mango lassi.
Samosas are stuffed, fried dumplings filled with vegetables and potatoes and spices. They sort of look like a won tonish shape with thicker dough.
