Samosas, pakoras and mango lassi.
Samosas are stuffed, fried dumplings filled with vegetables and potatoes and spices. They sort of look like a won tonish shape with thicker dough. Pakoras are battered and deep fried onions and spinach Mango lassi is a creamy, thick, cold drink. I know it has mangoes. LOL. This weekend we went to the India festival. Read more
