I have never been a huge fan of exercise. Even now, I do not feel like it in the beginning, but after about five or ten minutes, I mentally celebrate the fact that I have not quit and things pick up from there. When I am done, I always feel way better than I started, but I never feel like I want to do it again anytime before the next 24 hours. I have tried really hard to make this sort of thing fun for my kids because I do not want them to have the struggles I have had to get to a good place and work out to be healthy as opposed to fitting into any group or clothes or whatever.
