This morning while I was browsing around Essence Online, I happened upon Tichina Arnold’s blog, “Tales of a Hollywood Mom.” She said that as a single mother,it is imperative that she guard her positive mental state of being at all times. I’m a married mother of four and I know I find it absolutely necessary. I try not to cut people off completely, but I do find it necessary to fight to remain positive sometimes.
