December Daily – Day One.

sstoriesOn the heels of completing my 30 Days of Thankful – of course I’m going to start up a December Daily Binder! My daughter likes to keep the calendars up to date, but since her father is taking a trip during the month and I have marked it, she did not want to move the calendar from November to December. I showed her where I marked her December birthday, and she smiled a big grin and somehow found it possible to move forward. It’s funny how things like that work.

Today I’m working on a couple of Christmas gifts my friends and I are exchanging. Last year we each worked on canvas board paintings and this year we are working on boxes. My box is going to be a home for my binder and art clips. Another box will hold inspiration cards and one will be a tissue box. Stay tuned.

Unfinished Business.

20141202_030705Meet my December daily book – from 2012.  I managed to complete December 1 and December 2. Back when I started the journal, I was focused on documenting what was going on in our lives through photos, journaling and standard scrapbooking elements. Now that I have been doing a bit more in terms of papercraft and other forms of visual art, I am excited about expanding the types of things I am going to include. Stay tuned.
