Morning Workout

Ah, Summer!

I have been back on my higher intensity fitness grind (as opposed to the regular stuff I do to keep things healthy) for a few months now and it really feels good and my clothes really fit better. I also have more energy to keep up with my children, which I definitely need these days. I have been doing things that are fun and challenging for me (pilates, yoga, cardio) so it has been easier to work hard and be consistent. I have also tried to keep my kids interested in being as healthy as they can be. I’m not feeding them wheat grass shakes or anything (though they like my green smoothies), but I’m doing what I can to ensure that they don’t have the struggles with weight and their health that I have had in my adult life.
