My clothes are fitting differently! Yay! Although I’m on this journey to feel better, I’m not complaining about looking a little better too. Now all I have to do is eat more veggies…

  1. Congrats! You can do it! Start by drinking green drinks (green juice mixed with fruit). Then try different recipes for veggies. I like roasting hearty veggies like brussel sprouts and broccoli in the oven for a few minutes. Makes them sweeter and tender. Drizzle with a little olive oil. I also toss spinach and peppers into different dished to get my 5 servings in – toss it into your egg scramble, rice, couscous, quinoa, etc.

    • Thanks so much for the encouragement. Green smoothies are great, huh? I had one with alfalfa in it. I think I’ll try some dark green veggie recipes this week.
