Early to rise?

Hey everybody! I’m feeling a little weird today. My daughter woke up WAY early, so I was up much earlier than I expected. This is not helped by the fact that my mouth is still healing. Bleah. Of course, when Little A gets up with the chickens, Max hears her and gets up too. He insists on being fed immediately and after that he has to at least attempt to follow his father to work.

You know, I am not the morning person. I get up to exercise, but it is not even my thing. Any of my friends will tell you that I take my sleep seriously. My husband is the same way. As a matter of fact, I think I made it a point not to marry a morning person, and yet my daughter is all happy and chirpy to wake everybody up on a cloudy day before the sun even rises. Sigh.
