Been there, done that.

With all of the bad news about this economy and how bad things are, it was so inspiring to hear from a 92 year old black man who grew up during the Great Depression (in the Jim Crow South). Just hearing about his experiences made me feel like, people have lived through worse than this, so I can keep the faith and make it too.
