The good news is that troop 40411 earned their fraud badges. The bad news is that they got a first hand lesson in the effects of counterfeiting. I know that some people want to act like they have been raised by wolves, but Girl Scouts? Really? Stealing from little girls who are trying to learn to manage money so they can camp and visit the zoo and go swimming? Sticking the brownies for their paper? Really? Sad, sad, sad.
