Quality.

I was reading this article about the designer at Bottega Veneta and how the line is selling like hotcakes, not because of the label and the trendiness of the clothes, but because of the details and quality of the designs. I really liked it because, despite what some people would have us believe, real style is in details and quality of craftsmanship. It exists at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Barney’s, but it also exists down at Target and Kohl’s. I really like clothes that I can actually use over time because they are good-looking, well made clothes, and not because they are “so and so” brand.
