Last night I was not in the best of moods. I think it was a combination of the end of summer, school starting, and my already demanding schedule getting more demanding. Whatever it was, I wasn’t happy. You ever notice when you’re not happy how things that you usually let go and move past work your nerves? And don’t fool around and not eat for a few hours. Hee hee hee. Things can go bad places fast.
After I counted to ten (and my husband resolved to keep me fed at any cost – lol – he’s learning), it was a little bit better. I am so dramatic sometimes. I have got to get past that or keep a candy bar stash at my desk. Something. We watched a Hindi film last night. Man, there is nothing like those films to undercut WHATEVER drama you are going through. You just sit there thinking, I know they didn’t… or I know he didn’t… Over and over again. Throughout the movie. LOL. My husband hates them, but he endures them for my benefit. At the end of this one though (which ran well over two hours), he said I should never doubt his devotion to me, because he sat through that movie. Plenty of lip synching, dancing around and never, ever any kissing. Now don’t get it twisted. All Indian films are not this wholesome, which I mistakenly discovered a few months ago. LOL. Don’t ask. I just know.
But he did sit through this one, so I guess I owe him one. Or something.
