Al: Mom, did you know that excessive blow drying can damage your hair?

Me: Yes, I knew that.

Me: Excessive means that you do something too much. I don’t blow dry my hair too much.

Al: Okay. I just wanted you to know that.

Most of the time I let my hair air dry, but okay… Was he trying to tell me something? Hmmmm…

    Al is nine, and yes, he doesn’t have your typical nine year old vocab. lol.
