We had a good Father’s Day. I called my dad and brother and wished them a Happy Father’s Day. We spent most of the day with my husband. He is a good father. He spends a lot of time with the kids and stuff. Yesterday he must have read the same book to the baby four times… I told y’all she was kind of greedy with the story time. He has always been one to sing and read with the babies and feed them and stuff..
He is still having a rough time with the situation with his father. Things are slowly getting better, though, I think.
My sisters got together and made a really nice dinner for my father. I wish I could have joined them. I have been informed that my dad is hosting another family reunion in 2008. Our family reunions are nothing if not eventful. Nobody getting a knife pulled out Soul Food Style, but eventful nonetheless.
