Good thing the baby can’t read. Yet.
Before the baby was born, I bought a whole grip of Baby Einstein books and cds. What can I say? They were on sale at Costco. I decided not to go for the videos, because from everything I had read, it wasn’t the way to go. Well, a new study has revealed that one in five kids under 2 has a tv in the room. I didn’t get a television in my room until I got a job and bought it myself, and kids under 2 have televisions in their rooms? That’s foul. What’s even worse, is that if the baby gets wind of this, she’s gonna wonder where her helLo kiTty model tv is.
Not that I really cared, but..
I came across this piece that discussed why Janet Jackson gained and lost her weight. She said it was for a movie part that she later declined on because she was working on an album. Okay. The part ended up going to Mariah Carey. Uh oh.
I say uh oh because do y’all remember Glitter? That was a hot flaming mess for your tail, okay? I just hope that she worked with an acting coach or didn’t get script control or whatever went wrong with that movie doesn’t, because nobody should be unnecessarily subjected to the trauma that is Mariah Carey acting or failing to act. NOBODY. lol.

The whole thing is fishy…she got fat and lost weight. She just needs to admit. It happens to everyone.

what on earth would a baby need with a television. that’s why their attention spans are crappy now. *sigh*

It’s not so much what the babies need, as the parents trying to use it as a babysitter sometimes (to get a break or something), but it doesn’t help their attention span.
