Gonna Make You Sweat…

Man, this weather is gonna make somebody sweat. We have had, at the most, mid 70’s weather. Today, though the weather is supposed to hit the 90’s. I was speaking to my family in Louisiana. They were like, “It was 90 degrees last week…” I was like, not here! LOL… The only thing weather like this is good for is air conditioning, lemonade sales and ice cream sales. I have been pondering the possibility of getting some paper cups from the store and setting up a lemonade stand. I just don’t want to go outside to do it. Oh well…

Mother’s Day @ Costco

Yesterday, I was in Costco taking care of some things. When I was reunited with my husband and son, they had such great ideas for Mother’s Day gifts for me. “Mom! Mom!” started Al, “Papa can get you a plasma screen television and I can get you pizza and fries for everybody for Mother’s Day! Isn’t that great?” Super. My husband was beaming like, yeah, what a great gift idea. What a thoughtful family. Hmph.
