May is my favorite month of the year. Well maybe there is a tie with December. There’s my birthday, Mother’s Day, my wedding anniversary… Gifts just coming from everywhere. Just kidding. Even when I didn’t have gifts coming from everywhere. Strike that. I’m not even going to lie. I like my gifts. I don’t need big or expensive ones, but I like them nonetheless.
2006 is passing by rather rapidly, no? It’s almost halfway over. Maybe it seems that way to me because it has been busy. I remember talking to one person when I was in high school. He said that life would pass by quickly after graduation. It has been a few years since then, but he was so right. When I see relics from that time, I have to wonder was it me, even though I pretty much know that it was. I am glad to have had the experiences and blessings that have molded me into the person that I am, but as time goes by, it is harder to recognize the person I used to be. Most of the time, I think that is a good thing.

You are going to rake in all kinds of loot, huh? My Mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day are this month. Man, she wants so much stuff every year.

Melette Hopefully I’ll have some nice trinkets to show for the month. Tee hee hee… My husband’s birthday is in early July, usually a couple of weeks or so after Father’s Day, so he gets his, too. 🙂
