Yesterday, the sun was actually out for ten, fifteen minutes? There is hope… LOL… Maybe I’ll even get the chance to go running OUTSIDE in the morning. I can dream. Seattle is going to the Superbowl!!! Wow. I wish I could go to Detroit for the game, but my travel schedule is overbooked and then some for the year. I’m waiting for all of this tax paperwork to come in so that business can be taken care of for the year.
I got my ballot for the latest special election. It is about a levy for the school district. Any attempt to raise money for the school district always passes in my area. This particular levy has passed every one of the five or so years that I have lived here.
My scrapbooking layouts are coming along pretty well. I got a papercutter over the weekend. I had one of those with the tiny wheel with a blade, but now I have the one with the heavy handle that makes that whomp sound when you cut the paper up. Whomp. Whomp. It cuts 15 sheets of 2 pound paper at a time, I think. I really want to win, but since I know this is my first professional competition, the underlying goal is not to look like an idiot.

I’m like glory. When you said “handle” I could instantly hear it.

    Good luck!

I will cross my fingers for you.
At least you are USING your scrapbooking tools, mine are sitting in the upstairs bedroom collecting dust.
    Holla!

Thanks everybody! I almost went into Staples asking, “Y’all got those papercutters that go whomp whomp?” (my college degree at work, right?) Fortunately I found it first.
