Since I’ve been tagged by Glory, here are a few random things about myself. I think I have to do five.

I wasn’t the nicest big sister, let them tell it. My younger siblings have alleged that I was somewhat of a diva. That I was bossy. That I was manipulative. That I know how to “extract information” from them. Whatever. When you are in charge you are libel to get your bacon burnt behind whatever goes down and as a kid, I was all about saving my bacon BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

I’m going to be mailing off cards until Christmas. I can’t help it. Every time I go off to mail them off, I remember someone that I forgot. I even have my backup cards in case I run out. Now for the last of the gifts…

I got a call from one of Oprah’s producers once. I ain’t lyin. I wrote a letter about a book I had read and how reading it had affected my life. I did not even expect a call back. I might not have been dramatic enough for them though. Give me a few years, when the kids are teenagers. Shoot, I may have written my own book. LOL

My shower shelves are starting to look like a little candy shop. It’s winter and I don’t want to be gray so I have a few of what my husband calls my potions lined up.

I have a nice Viewmaster collection – I don’t know why, but those reels were one of my favorite toys growing up. I have the Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, all kinds of Animal Planet Reels, just all kinds of view master reels. I have a milk chocolate barbie collection, too. Angels. Evening Gowns, etc. I had always planned to hand that over to my nieces, but now that I have a daughter, maybe I’ll split it between them when they are older. Then again, the baby might not go for that.
