Last night I saw the conclusion of this CSI episode that I started watching Monday night. It started in Miami and went to New York or maybe it started in New York and went to Miami and ended in New York? Anyway, I am a former Law and Order junkie, so I thought I’d take a look at it. There was this dude on the run who had killed like 12 people in 3 states. I told my husband I don’t want to see that show anymore. He killed kids, nurses, slashed a dude on the subway… Anybody. He just killed to the left and to the right. I know that people do that in real life, but dang. Maybe it was a bit too real. Did he have to kill em all? Dang.

While we’re talkin about puttin people’s lives at risk…Man, I wanted to see that Oprah Show where Ms. McMillan and Mr. Johnathan had yet another publicly televised conversation. Not so much for what they were going to say (Tavis Smiley, anyone?), but for what Oprah was going to interject. She has been having some frisky moments as of late… I guess she is like my mom. When Mama turned fifty, she just started saying whatever was on her mind. She’s been doing it for four years, and she can still shock me on occasion. All I can do is shake my head… But I missed it, so I guess I’ll see those reruns, or maybe not…

    Yes, Oprah did put Mr. McMillan (smh) on the spot with some of her questioning. And she said the same thing we all have been thinking to Ms. McMillan, “You had to have known.” He even said that when he came out to Terry she said I knew, I just wanted you to say it. WTH?

    I know that I was thinking that myself (she had to have known). Glad it wasn’t just me.

    i never have thought that she “had to have known.” sometimes you just don’t see what you ain’t looking for or don’t wanna see. but to really think about it… to hear other people talk, to think she had to have known is the most logical conclusion in the world.
