I sit here with my foot, behind and ego wracked with pain. I have been kicked in the butt by Lego blocks. That’s right. Those little blocks that kids make everything from zoos to houses to castles to cars to anything you can think of. Those little blocks that misguided parents like me purchase so that kids can use their imaginations. Somebody at that company is really sadistic.
My descent began when I stepped on one of the five year old’s Duplos. You know, the big Legos for preschoolers. While my foot was throbbing, the baby crawled under me and then I was screaming, struggling for balance, and trying not to crush her all at the same time. Add to that the fact that the computer desk was in my way and I wound up with a gash on my behind (which tore up my cute little powder blue capris, oh well) and a sore foot. That’s Legos – 2, Me – 1 (well, I didn’t land on the baby).

Oh no…you probably have a huge bruise forming too. Glad you didn’t fall on the baby!

I am too, and I am kind of puffy right now. Blasted legos.

Good Times…thinking about the LEGOS. As I got older I would find my legos in the waste basket.
Hmmmm…I wonder why?

Glory: Yeah, I know the man is keepin us down through those plastic bricks. Why don’t they make legos in white? Think about it. LOL.
Mrs. TJ: Mine simply disappeared at a certain point in time. I don’t question it anymore… LOL.
