The day after Christmas.

I love Christmas, but I recently made peace with the transition to post holiday life that begins with the end of Christmas day. The last few years I have gone through this transition kicking and screaming and putting off taking down trees and other decorations that signified the presence of a season now over. This year, I’m making plans to quietly take things down and put them away on January 2.
