Merry Christmas everybody. I really hope that everybody who reads this has some joy in their hearts on this day.

This Christmas, I’m overjoyed to be with my family. I’m very thankful that all of my family is doing well and that we are warm and have food. I know this sounds a lot like Thanksgiving, but it’s just how I feel. If my family is blessed to celebrate next Christmas together, I really want to encourage my kids to make a special effort toward helping others outside of our household during the season. I know that New Years is next week, but I’ve also been giving thought to the changes I want to make for the coming year. Some of this means extra effort as I prepare to begin that year, which I’m not necessarily looking forward to, but I’m willing to do the work. 🙂
