A couple of weeks ago, I was challenged to write my own personal mission statement. Before I go any further, I just want to say I am loving the wonderful women I have been blessed to interact with recently (recently meaning the last couple of years, but still). They are creative, positive, intelligent. Just down right amazing.
There is nothing like having to write things down on paper to get me focused. Just about every day since then, I’ve made an effort to look at (and read aloud) my mission statement so that every opportunity I participate in can be considered in terms of where it falls with my mission. It has really helped me eliminate things that don’t line up. You know, those good things that aren’t God things.
