Right before the Easter holiday, a big fire destroyed an apartment building in a nearby section of our city. Then there was the tornado in St. Louis, and now there is flooding and storms all over the South. I hope that things calm down soon. I guess things like this keep me thankful for our calm, cool rainy days.
