Easter wrapup.

I hope everyone had an amazing easter. I did.  I went to church, spent the day with my family (ok well, running away from the kids after Spring Break, but I saw them every now and then) and I also made wasabi deviled eggs. I’d show you a photo but my husband ate them before I could take one. I got the idea from a recipe at Something About Simple, which is a new entertaining blog by my most awesome bud, D. Renee.

I’ve always thought that the big Easter Egg Roll at the White House sounded like a fun thing, except, you know, for the fact that usually by the time Easter comes, I’ve completely had it with the egg and bunny concept.

It’s still cloudy, but I feel a little better knowing that Spring is officially officially here. My mother in law will be joining us in June. Maybe the sun will be back by then.

Love the new design! I’m glad I clicked on the link instead of simply reading your post in my blog reader. LOL

Glad to hear that your Easter was fabulous….with yo purdy turquoise self. LOL

I saw the White House egg roll on tv this morning and it looked so cool. How do you get your kids on the list?

Thanks. You go to whitehouse.gov to request tickets. This year, they awarded them via online lottery so the people who were chosen got tickets.
