While I am an avid fan of twitter (and texting, just ask my family), I just can’t see myself using it in church. I take notes every now and then so I can use things during the week, but not the twitter/texting. I think it’s just one of those times when it’s better to pay attention and respect. Can’t people get the highlights of the sermon after the sermon? 🙂

I went to church with my uncle for father’s day last year and he texted his girlfriend the whole service. He said that they do it every Sunday….it’s how they coordinate their day. I’m like you, I think we’ve gotten TOO advanced on this one.
I was in church a few weeks ago when my phone did the little new message chime. I went outside, shut it off, and came back in and sat down. I enjoy my social media, but not that much.
