From drugs to shrimp?

I know times are hard. I do. This man is wanted for drug traffing AND shrimp shoplifting (maybe he was sampling his product from the drug trafficking days).  Otherwise, what is the point of stealing 500 bucks worth of shrimp? I like shrimp, but not that much and I can’t think of too many folk who will buy secondary market seafood.
