My questions came from Diva in Demand
1. What is the one thing you regret most in life?
When I first thought about this question, I reflected on all of the people I’ve wasted time and energy on. The ones who said they
wanted me to help them when their actions screamed they didn’t want help. The ones who I went through hell and high water to
impress or to love when they weren’t for me or my life. But then I remembered the person who I am and where would I be if it had not been for the lessons I learned at the hands of some of these folks (like listen to who people tell you they are – the FIRST time)? All I can do is be thankful.
2. Tell the details of the most most memorable day of your life so far.
The most memorable days of my life were the days that my kids were born. There is no way you can forget going through all of
what you have to go through to bring children into the world and how much less your life is about you when you have them.
Plus you have these unique little people who are a part of you like nobody else.
3. You’re planning your perfect day…….tell us about it.
I’d rent a really nice island so that all of my family and friends who wanted to join me could be pampered and enjoy doing all
kinds of fun stuff on the ocean. We could build sand castles, do the motor sports on one side of the island and do diving and
swimming and stuff on the other side. We could meet up for breakfast and lunch and everybody could do what they wanted for
dinner. I’d find a high point to watch the sun set and probably just hang out under the stars, thinking deep thoughts after the kids went to bed.
4. The ship’s going down and you can only grab 5 things before you have to get off and go to the island….what do you take?
If the kids are with me, my kids and my purse. If not, my purse and my makeup bag. It has sun block. No need of being burnt up.
Maybe some comfortable shoes and a pair of shorts. And a book.
5. The secret video is out…..who do you call first and why?
My husband so that I can give him his talking points. That’s not us. That’s our story. We’re stickin to it. They can’t prove it.
