Orderly bankruptcy?

Our economy is well on its way down the tank and our current president is weighing the option of an orderly bankruptcy of the American auto industry. Ok. Let me get this straight again. Bankers get 700 billion, hoard most of it, not helping anybody but well, rich bankers who are hoarding the money. The auto industry, one of the FEW remaining AMERICAN manufacturing industries, they can have an orderly bankruptcy.  Oh, and did I mention while our president plays this game, workers are looking at being laid off for months on end? Are they supposed to be spending money on any of these other industries that are in a slump? You know, while they are fighting to eat? I will SO remember this in November, congressional representation.
