I prayed for President Bush.

When he was named president. I prayed for his cabinet. I pray for wisdom for all of our leaders. Because I’m a Christian and the bible tells us to pray for those who are in authority. Whether we espouse their views or not. Because there is a reason God has allowed them to be in the position they are in. And Christians are supposed to trust God’s judgement and his sovereignty. I wish some of these other people would consult the book they tend to thump so hard, loud and often.
