Healthy Lunch Idea

I had the soy chicken sandwich this afternoon with fruit and yogurt and more fruit. A salad would be good for those who are not so fond of gluten as I am 🙂 My whole wheat bread is all natural (whole grains, no corn syrup).

extra fresh fruit on the side
