Still hanging in. The end of yesterday was not so good. I think I overdid some things and found myself out of commission for the rest of the day.
The whole cleansing process is really making me look at a lot of other aspects of my life. I am a strong believer that a lot of things we see and experience in the physical realm is often a manifestation of spiritual forces. I think the motives behind the things I do go a lot farther than the way I hope it will be perceived. I mean, I’ve done a few things in my life that looked really nice on the outside, but my intentions were way less than pure. Of course the principle of reaping and sowing always balances things out. I’m at a stage where I’m focusing on building a foundation for the generations who come after me, so I guess I’m a bit more deliberate these days.
