I decided, just now, to gone ahead and do this. I have veggies, fruit, stuff I need to start. We’ll just see where I go from here. At the end of the day, I’ll print up a menu of the things I’ve eaten. That way, if anybody needs ideas or anything (because variety is your friend if you do this for 21 days), they can consider the ones I come up with.

I’ve been tired the past two days, but I don’t think that it’s food related. I’ve been having some rough nights sleep wise, and I’m one of those people who needs her sleep. Always have been. Summer seems to be passing by so quickly and the kids get out officially Wednesday. The weather is back to cloudy but not freezing like it was before. When you consider wearing a hat (not a cap, but a hat that warms your head), it’s kind of cold. Of course this does not enhance one’s resolve to make it to the gym regularly because hey, you just want to stay warm, so the comfortter/duvet/hubby is feeling really good in the morning.
