I’ve been pretty good with not letting bad weather mess with the exercise I get. I’ve come up with a pretty good routine that I can do at home and get everything I want to work worked. Now, I have to work on not letting feelings mess with my workout. It is hard to work out when I’m sad or upset or frustrated or exasperated, but I think for the next week, I am going to let that be my goal. To do all of the right stuff no matter what comes up. It will be extra challenging since the hubby will be going out of town and stuff, but I will complete this challenge. I look forward to applying it to other aspects of my life, too.

I’m good for letting “stuff” interrupt my workout, wait, I stopped working out. Note to self: Drama is over, get back on track.
