The countdown is on. One week before Thanksgiving. The rush is already on for those special ingredients. Speaking of which, I have to run down to the Wild Oats and the local chi chi mart to see what’s fresh. My menu is pretty much set, but sometimes I can add a little flair when I find something special. I found some nice wines too. I hope they work out.
