I worked out hard today, but it could have been much worse. I did an hour with the trainer, but we were working legs, which are my strongest point. I’d probably be on the floor somewhere if we did upper body. LOL. Some days, I can really see progress, and some days it’s just too freakin gradual for me. It’s like, hello, can I have abs and buns of steel already? It HAS been nine or ten months. Then I remember that I feel a lot better than I did when I started. A LOT better. I can even handle it when I do ab work at home and my kids provide extra resistance in the form of their body weight.
