This morning I got up a bit late. I think it was the cold weather or something. Since I didn’t have much time, I figured I’d jump some rope. I can do an hour of cardio no problem, so no problem, right?
WRONG. I think I was jumping two minutes and my body was like, “Hold up. Hold up. HOLD UP. We do NOT do jumping! What you think this is? Junior high school or something?”
So after I modified the pace a little, I was back in business, but I did not jump as nearly as long as I thought I would. I went jogging instead. I could feel every muscle in my lower body. Is that good? I don’t know. LOL. It’s kind of funny, all this time I’d been working out and stuff and I still have some stuff to master. I guess life is like that too. There is always something new to learn. Always.
