Working with a trainer. Day one.

I decided to start working with a personal trainer, to get some help meeting my goals. I was kind of disheartened to discover that after almost eight months of working out, I still have a year to go before I have realized all of my goals in terms of body fat percentage. I found out some ways to avoid plateauing, which I had run into a few times in the past few months. If I wasn’t so pig headed about the whole thing, I’m sure it would have discouraged me.
I got some ideas for healthier snacks, which I really needed. I could get with most of the suggestions except the soy cheese. I don’t know how I feel about that. I’ll give it a try next week. As much as I like my milky cheese, it had better be good. LOL.

    Glory: I’ve had pretty good results so far without the trainer, but I know that working with one will help me a lot with my ultimate fitness goals. It’s a bit encouraging to know that if I keep at this, in one year, I can easily have an excellent body fat percentage, something I don’t think I’ve had since high school, if then. LOL.
