My youngest, Max will be turning one soon. It’s hard to believe that it will have been one year since he was born. So much has changed. My husband lost his father. His mother has been staying with us for almost three months now. I’m exercising A LOT and I even managed to avoid chocolate hazelnut milkshakes, which is a feat in itself, trust me. I still can’t believe the scrapbook store closed. I found another one where I’ll be most likely attending crops, though. One of the most useful things I sat still long enough to learn was how to use a pineapple corer. It saves a lot of time over processing it by hand like I had been doing.
My brother had a mild stroke. My youngest sister has a cushy job downtown with the underground parking garage. My other younger sister is happy with her career as well. Al is going to start fifth grade. Nat is going to start second grade. Little A is in preschool. My soror, my college roomie and friend is getting married. My other soror is having a baby girl. Another is getting her master’s and moving and shaking. Diva is working out her relocation plan. I found a coffee joint for mommies and kids to hang out with free wifi. Hee hee hee. What will the next year hold? Either violin, dance or ballet lessons for Little A, piano for Al and possibly Nat and who knows what for Max.
