Man. I’ve incorporated a lot more core work into my fitness regimen and I’m seeing great results. Shoot, they are great to me. Anyway. Even though I’ve been working out very regularly for almost a year now, I’m seeing noticeable change in places where the change had only been really gradual before (yippee), but there has been a price. Serious soreness. Like don’t laugh too hard soreness, but what would Yoda say? Not for punks this is. Hee hee. Ouch.
