This morning, on the way home from taking Al to school, I had a moment at the traffic light. I was thinking about all of the things ahead of us. In a couple of years it will be time to get ready for junior high. Algebra. We’ve already had phase one of the birds and the bees. In a little while it will be time for me to hand him over completely to the strong positive men in his life so that he can start on his way to becoming a man. I’ll go from the main parent from the one that can fix everything, to a background role. *Sigh* I have to go through this two more times after Al is on his way? Wow.

You’ll be fine, sis. You have laid a great foundation, so they just have to do the rest of the building. Men always come in in the 6th inning. LOL!!!

That was a really sweet post…..awwwwww. Now don’t be in the background poking and telling folks what to do either. LOL

Men DO tend to show up after a lot of the hard work is done… Hmmm…

Hey, I’ll try my best, but sometimes folks need guidance. Hee hee.

Great that you have that attitude. Many women don’t. Very unselfish.
