Four down, and a LOT to go. LOLOL… I’ve been pretty busy well, reading the other books and working out and doing regular real life stuff. I’m not a big fan of the scale, but my clothes fit better. Much better and I feel better. Much better. I think I’ll take a book break once the month is over or once my books are done, whichever comes first. I got a couple of Cathe Friedrich’s videos as backup when the weather is not good for the gym. I tried out the the core video (abs and back). I really like her videos because I’ve worked out and put on muscle through the years and its a good way to put that stuff to work. It’s not for punks though. I KNOW I”m gonna feel this tomorrow.
