Now I remember why I usually don’t watch American Idol.

Those audition episodes are SO painful.

There was this vocal teacher, and he shouldnt teach ANYBODY.

There were so many people whose parents should have paid for voice lessons or enrolled them into sports or visual art or SOMETHING, cause oh my goodness… They shoulda known better.

And this cat sung a hard rock dancing queen! He was actually pretty good, but he needed to branch out with his sound though.

There was a dude who stopped his audition to get a drink of water. He needed more than water.

Like I said, the auditions were painful. There were a couple, though, who I thought will really do well on the show. One’s name was Denise Johnson. She is only 16 years old, but she had such a down to earth attidude in additon to her tremendous talent, that I KNOW she’s going to be on the show. There were a couple more that stood out, but some of these audtions left me wondering why someone’s parent didnt pull them to the side or at least get them a coach. Something.

I think I’ll stick to Ugly Betty and the occasional House episode.
