I’m thankful that the baby had his three month birthday this weekend.
I’m thankful that all the kids had their flu shots.
I’m thankful that Al finally finished his writing assignment last night.
I’m thankful for my middle kids, though they decided to get up at 5:00 this morning.
Even though he is sleeping and I am not, I’m thankful for my husband, too.
I’m thankful to live in the United States, where at least I’m free on paper. LOL.
I’m thankful for all of the obstacles overcome in the past year.
I’m thankful for the strength and wisdom gained through good and bad experiences.
I’m thankful for the new phase of my life which is about to start.
I’m thankful for my parents, sisters, brothers, aunties, uncles, cousins and all of those great folks I grew up with who are still in my life.
I’m thankful that my old friend from college and his wife welcomed their son into the world in the midst of tremendous adversity.
I’m thankful that the gulf coast is slowly coming around.
