bowlMe: They have this neat special at the bowling alley. If you bring food for the food bank you get a free game, but it’s on Thanksgiving. Who would want to bowl for Thanksgiving?

Al: Um…

Me: Would you like to go bowling for Thanksgiving?

Al: Yeah, I think it would be fun.

My parents’ bowling genes live on. Sometimes I wonder if I got the recessive ones, but they live on with my sons at least. Miss A is still deciding whether she likes it or not, but most days is meh toward it. Maybe she gets that part from me 🙂

    My mom was a great bowler. She would bowl in a league, go on bowling dates, etc. I on the other hand, I am the gutter ball queen! 😦

      My parents were league bowlers, too. My aunt bowled on television. Every now and then I see glimmers of what could be their bowling talent in myself, but the rest of the time, notsomuch 😮
