Going through.

I have been dealing with some difficulties in my life. Some of them have been going on for years, and some of them have cropped up in recent weeks and months. This morning, I was listening to this song and I just broke down. I didn’t do the ugly cry, but I did cry. It was good for me because it was just me acknowledging that this has been hard stuff to deal with. Once I calmed down, though, I knew it would be alright and I got an almost instant affirmation. It’s so good to know that through all of these tough situations, I am not alone.
