My community could use this.

Panera is trying a very interesting experiment in St. Louis. It is operating a non-profit cafe, which operates on the honor system.  When I lived in California, there were cafes, like this one,  that operated on the community kitchen concept, which uses donations to execute programs. I also love the fact that customers in need can get food at a discount or free with no questions asked. I really hope that this concept succeeds because it would be such a great thing to have a resource like this in the community. I’d definitely support it whenever I could.
