Goldman Sachs, a company that employed our two most recent treasury secretaries (another post for another time), was whining about losing money in the housing market while it was making profits? Why does this not surprise me? At All? I don’t care how much porn the SEC is looking at (and how in the world do you use a computer belonging to the GOVERNMENT to DOWNLOAD PORN? Is crack use THAT prevalent?). This is not a good look. At all.

I’m telling you….our economy is so twisted up right now….that and the government, that I don’t think we’ll see an honest solution in our lifetime.

I think that the effects of this will be around for a long time, but I think that things will get better. This problem is so complex that there will most likely be many different solutions for years to come.
