struck down a law that made it a crime to create or sell videos depicting animal cruelty. The case arose from the prosecution of a “pit bull expert” who sold tapes of dog fights. He didn’t participate in the fights. He just profited from them. The fights themselves are illegal, but it is ok, according to the Supreme Court, to videotape them and then sell said tapes. Hmmm.
